Steven Adamian, Attorney
Steven Adamian, a native of Greater Los Angeles, is passionate about using his legal counsel to help non-profits achieve meaningful impact while minimizing risk and liability. He has spent much of his legal career advising non-profits, counseling in the areas of formation, corporate governance, contracts, mergers and acquisitions, tax and corporate law compliance, and risk management. Steven advises The Law Firm for Non-Profits’ clients from the unique perspective he gained as trial attorney and employment litigator. He also has taught contract law as a law school professor.
Steven obtained his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Cal Poly Pomona and his law degree from Loyola Law School. While in law school, Steven served on the Entertainment Law Review and also achieved the First Honors Award for academic excellence. It was in law school when Steven first experienced serving non-profits in the legal context, where he served as a law student intern for a large public charity. He has served on the boards of various non-profits.
