Nicole Oropeza, Paralegal

Nicole Oropeza is a paralegal at the Law Firm for Non-Profits with ten years of legal experience. Her representation of the firm’s clients is primarily in corporate governance and compliance matters. She regularly advises clients on bylaw amendments, corporate resolutions, meeting minutes and fiduciary duties.

Prior to joining the firm, Nicole was a paralegal at a transactional firm specializing in nonprofit financial cooperatives. In that role, she discovered her passion for advocating for nonprofit organizations and the individuals they serve. She received her ABA-approved paralegal certification from California State University, Los Angeles in May 2018.
